Our Favorite Story Approximately eight years ago we received a phone call from a former Dallas Cowboys football player's spouse, Brenda Schwantz. She said they would be moving to Palatine and wanted a quote. The bottom line was they ended up moving to Palatine, however, they used a competitor provided by the NFL. The Von Sydows were in the process of buying property and building a home in Palatine, the property we purchased happened to be across the street from a former Dallas Cowboys football player. The rest is history, however, the Dallas Cowboys football player who we didn't get his move we did get as an employee. Jim Schwantz is a former Professional Football - NFL Special Teams Player, for the Chicago Bears, San Franscisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. In his spare time, Jim does all the announcing before and after games on WBBM 780 Radio and AM 670 The Score and has been employed with Von Sydow's Moving & Storage, Inc. as a National Account Sales Manager for the past six years. So what started out as a negative ended up as a positive for Von Sydow's. We "salute" you Jim Schwantz in making our favorite move story a positive one.
